Keith was a well known and popular member of Brigham until his death on duty
Keith died on 3rd June 1993 aged 36 years.
He struck the rear of a lorry on the A595 at La'al Moota while pursuing a speeding vehicle which was never traced.

This picture hangs at Brigham as a constant reminder of Keith. It also acts to remind us that some are called upon to make the ultimate sacrifice.
Keith joined Cumbria in 1975 and was, during his career, stationed at Workington, Cockermouth, Keswick, Penrith TSG, Workington TSG, Maryport and finally Brigham Traffic.

He married Gillian on 21st June 1980, having one daughter Nicola.

Photographs & information kindly provided by Gillian Easterbrook.
